Job Responsibilities : Your role as an app tester is to test our apps as new features are added. You will start with a list of scenarios to go through, like create a task, delete a task, check if repeating tasks logic works, create a category in different ways, test sync between devices, and on and on. The purpose of your role is to prevent software bugs and crashes from being published to the App Store. The list of scenarios will grow with time and the entire list of scenarios needs to be retested each time a programming update is made. If a bug or crash is found, your role is to document how to recreate the crash or bug so that engineers can take care of it. So far we have identified 36 testable scenarios.
Requirements: Ability to write and communicate clearly. Great attitude.

Your role as a customer support representative is to help answer any questions our customers have regarding our app. Our customers will contact you via our phone line or online chat. Must be knowledgeable with our app and walk them through any issues they may experience. Occasionally be present at tech trade shows or tech events to promote our app. All travel will be paid for.
Requirements: Ability to write and communicate clearly. Optimistic and Positive attitude. Friendly customer service. Knowledge of how Taskcaly works.
